We can define the primary duty of consultants as the transfer of the knowledge and skills possessed by individuals or persons specialized in a particular field to organizations within a specified time frame. In the course of evolving and changing times, the term advisor has evolved consultant. Attributes such as knowledgeable, intellectually strong, and competent describe a consultant.
“You can’t manage what you can’t measure,” says the renowned management scientist Peter F. Drucker. Being able to reach targets set with correct decisions within the desired timeframe are general rules needed in every sector. But how? With what methods? With whom?
We can multiply these questions. Inevitably, calculating the budget in the process is also a difficult issue.
This is where consultants step in, acting as guides in foggy and hazy conditions.

Efficiently utilizing limited resources in a competitive environment, finding solutions to problems encountered on the roadmap, making and implementing choices are just a few of the stages that lead a consultant to success.
Every consultant’s skills are unique to them. Their character, skills, education, previous experiences, etc., are specific to them. Since everyone’s approach to problems is different, what makes them successful is their desire and interest in doing the work.
A specific method cannot be followed because presenting a fixed methodology would also blunt the consultant’s creativity.
The ability to adapt to changing conditions, on the other hand, helps them establish team spirit with their employer.
Furthermore, managers who think they know everything, emotionally-driven projects carried out with close relatives, and unclarified needs are some of the obstacles we encounter in achieving success.
The fact that it is not fully accepted as a profession and that obtaining permission/license is not required is seen as a disadvantage at first glance.
"It is impossible to find someone who understands your needs well, speaks the same language as you, and at the same time you want them to find solutions to every problem. Meeting on common ground and working together will bring efficiency in today's conditions."
